Yoga with Tania has been such a wonderful experience. I love the zoom program, as I don't have to drive anywhere, just the comfort of my home. Tania’s virtual gentle yoga class has become a beloved and essential element of love and support in my life. Her gifts as a teacher are overflowing and she gives of them abundantly. As we breathe and move gently with our physical bodies, Tania shares a poem, quote or idea that relates to the theme of the class that day. These sources of inspiration and her gentle, caring spirit always go right to the places where I need nourishing on the inside. She instills a commitment to self-care, self-love and inner connection amongst her class community. And on top of it all, you don’t even need to leave your home or wear fancy yoga clothes! I highly recommend dropping into her class, whether you have little to no experience with yoga or a lot, and making it a regular part of your life.

A friend of mine told me about Tania who offers virtual yoga. I had previously practiced beginners yoga for a couple of years, but stopped because of a move and I haven't done yoga since. I explained to my friend how stiff my muscles are, and she assured me that Tania provides gentle yoga. I gave it a try and love how knowledgeable and personable Tania is! Because I have back issues Tania is very good about reminding me to do what makes me feel comfortable, and to not over do some stretches/poses. She provides options that will work for my body. She consistently reminds us to breathe and to relax our shoulders, face muscles, jaw, etc. depending on what pose we're doing. I really appreciate that because sometimes I could be holding my breath on a particular pose, or don't realize that I am not completely relaxed. I highly recommend Tania!
